All content available on DeepClarity, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, assessments, certificates, and downloadable materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of DeepClarity and is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, resale, or misuse of the content is strictly prohibited.

DeepClarity reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform, pricing, content, or services at any time without prior notice. Access to paid content is subject to successful payment and compliance with these Terms. Refunds, if any, shall be governed by the applicable refund policy published on the Platform.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted through their account. DeepClarity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
